1. HOW dO I BOOK?

Booking your session with Lensstory Studios is simple and personal.

Start by reaching out through our website or WhatsApp, or send us an email with details about the session you have in mind. From there, we’ll walk you through the process — discussing your vision, answering any questions, and helping you choose a date that works best for you.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll share a short guide to help you prepare for your session and make the most of your experience.

2. Do you help with planning our Portrait session?

Yes, we do! Every portrait session receives preparation guidance on outfit choices, location ideas, and overall session flow. We’ll help you plan a shoot that reflects your personalities and tells your story beautifully.

Our goal is to make your session relaxed, meaningful, and fun — so you can simply focus on being yourself while we capture the magic.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. To officially reschedule, please notify us at least 7–10 days before your session date. Your retainer fee secures your booking and is non-refundable, but it can be applied toward a future session if rescheduled within the allowed period.

For weddings and larger events, we kindly request a minimum of 30 days’ notice to allow adequate time for calendar adjustments.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or Photobooks?

Yes — every session includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through a private online gallery for easy download and sharing.

We also offer a curated selection of fine art wall frames and handcrafted Photobooks for clients who want to preserve their images in a tangible and lasting way.

5. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! We love documenting love stories wherever they unfold. Whether your wedding is in another region in Ghana or outside the country, we’re happy to travel to you.

Travel and accommodation arrangements are discussed during booking to ensure everything is planned smoothly ahead of your celebration.

6. HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

We completely understand the excitement of seeing your final images. For portrait sessions, our delivery timeline is typically within 5 to 10 working days.

For larger events and weddings, delivery times may vary based on the scope of coverage and volume of images — but we’ll always communicate your expected timeline clearly during booking.

Every image is carefully edited with attention to detail, ensuring you receive high-quality photographs that beautifully reflect your story and exceed your expectations.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! We love connecting with our clients ahead of their sessions.

For portrait sessions, we typically schedule an online consultation to discuss your vision, styling, and expectations — it’s convenient and helps us plan effectively.

For weddings or larger events that require more in-depth planning, we’re happy to arrange an in-person consultation to go over the details and ensure everything is perfectly aligned before the day.

8. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

The number of images you’ll receive depends on the type of session you book, as outlined in your price guide.

After your session, we carefully go through all the images, selecting the best moments that reflect your personality and story. These selected photos are then professionally edited with attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and artistry.

For portrait sessions, you’ll first receive a private online gallery with all your preview images, where you can make your selections for final retouching. Your completed gallery — along with any prints or albums you’ve chosen — will be delivered shortly after the editing process is complete.
